Green Aiba-chan.
I know... it's old news now... but I just wanted to say something I forgot to say when this came up.
From Tokyograph:
Sun, November 30, 2008 (4:16am EST)Early next year, Masaki Aiba of Arashi will be starring in a new stage production titled "Greenfingers," adapted from the 2000 movie of the same name that was directed by Joel Hershman. The original film was based on a true story about a group of British prisoners who take up gardening and go on to compete in a major flower show.
Mikijiro Hira, Aiko Ito, and Jundai Yamada will play supporting roles. "Greenfingers" will be performed in Tokyo at the Aoyama Theatre from February 23 to March 10, and in Osaka at the Umeda Arts Theater from March 20 to March 23.Source: Sports Hochi
You know... I saw the movie, I thought Clive Owen was great in that, he's so rugged-looking... you could totally see him as a convict who just happened to be good at gardening... I'm not sure if sweet aiba-chan can give that dangerous-but-reformed vibe though... it's gonna be a test for his acting abilities... even though johnny's plays aren't known for their "quality" if you know what I mean...
And speaking of that movie... (jojo will get this): when I saw it, I spent all the time Lucy Punch was onscreen trying to mentally stop myself from picturing her as Sally Peep from The 10th Kingdom. XD XD XD
