CALLING ALL HAWAII RESIDENTS.

The Louis Vuitton Hawaii International Film Festival will be screening Hana Yori Dango -Final- ("Boys Over Flowers The Movie").
October 18th at 4pm, and October 19th at 1pm, at Regal Dole Cannery.
The tickets are $8...

English subs? omg... if this is indeed true... maybe... just maybe... the DVD will have them too...

Inoue Mao and Matsumoto Jun in wedding attire for Last Event
Makino Tsukushi, played by Inoue Mao (21) and Doumyouji Tsukasa, played by Matsumoto Jun (24), made their appearance at the Final Event on the 21st at Ebisu Garden Place. At the meeting place where Tsukushi and Tsukasa had their first date, they walked down the red carpet in their wedding gown and tuxedo. With 600 people lining its side, they blessed the couple with a flower shower. Seeing the many people in attendance, Matsumoto Jun commented happily, "Sugoi desu ne. The Hanadan image in this place, like this clock tower, is strong and being here is profound, so I'm glad we're able to do this last event." On Mao in her dress, he said,"Kirei desu ne." The audience too could be heard saying,"Mao-chan kawaii~"

Matsumoto Jun Smiling on his return to a place full of memories
Actress Inoue Mao (21) and Arashi's Matsumoto Jun (24) who appeared together in the movie Hana Yori Dango Final attended an event that took place in Ebisu Garden Place on the 21st. This spot is an important place during the drama where many pivotal moments took place, one full of memories. Matsumoto said with a smiling face,"I'm happy that we can return here." This movie has box-office proceeds exceeding 7,100,000,000 yen as of the 20th and is leading the way to be the top live-action film of 2008.

I gotta say... a hummer limo? gosh... they just had to pick the most polluting car ever created by mankind... (yes, I hate hummers because, as far as cars go, they contaminate 500% more than regular cars).

Red Triumph TR-4

I am presently in the United States and purchased a classic 1962 Triumph TR-4. The TR-4 is an English made sports car that was quite popular among amateur race drivers in the early and mid 60's. When I was much younger and prior to coming to Japan I had owned a TR-4, although painted in British Racing Green. Selling this car when I found that I was coming to Japan, I have often wished that I could drive it once more. Well, finding my original one would be quite difficult if not impossible. However, I found this TR-4 and more over with a strong connection to Japan!!! Not being able to pass this up, I stretched my budget and bought it!

It has a very interesting recent history in that it was used as the main car in the movie Hana yori Ｄａｎｇｏ Finaru (花より男子ファイナル) which is to be released the end of June 2008. Directed by Ishii Yasuharu (石井康晴) and featuring Inoue (井上真央), Matsumoto (松本潤), Okura (小栗旬), Matsuda (松田翔太), and Abe (阿部力).

Guess what!!! The car now has it's own Diary but in Japanese.

Hana Yori Dango is number one!!! Yay!! (and I'm so curious about that "the witch of the west is dead" JP movie...)

I'm reeling with the ana CMs... so cute! so I went to the official site and took a cap of the main page, just cause I liked the design, fufufufufufufu...

At the Isetan site (Isetan.co.jp), a tee and a ring? I have to say, the ring is cool, but that T-shirt... I can do a better design... and I'm not a designer... mwahahahaha!!!
