Since I don't have twitter I might as well write some in just one go here XD
- The Anna Sui 2009 fall-winter collection is great, I love it all.
- Why do people still use the word "surreal" so much? I hoped it was just one of those word-fads that come and go (like that time when everyone was a "Renascence" man/woman only because they did a few of things at the same time), but it really irks me when people use it for everything, I have the nonsensical feeling that every time someone missuses it the surrealist artists have seizures in their graves.
- Speaking of fashion and word usage, I was watching some fashion show after interviews, and there was some magazine editor and whatnot talking about what she thought of the show, she said it was surreal (yecch), and very Dancing with the Stars... what the hell, I could do a better job than that... she probably doesn't even know that what the do in DwtS is ballroom dancing... god. Which in term reminded me of a certain episode of absolutely fabulous where Patsy was having one of her moments trying to write notes from a fashion show, hilarious, and more so because it probably really is like that ("help me you bitch!" XD XD XD).
- I downloaded the Jeeves and Wooster soundtrack, it's awesome, the rar file had some bonus tracks ripped from the show like: forty seven ginger headed sailors (all the rage at Drones, and with Dog Macintosh as well) XD XD yes that's the name of that one track, anyway, I'm tempted to try and find the books sometime in the future.
- Speaking of which, bro said that HMV is like heaven, tons of movies on sale right now (he bought a lot as gifts for us, thank you bro!!!!!!!!!!!) in london, man... he also told me he spotted "the worst witch" dvd box set pretty cheap but forgot to go buy it, I could cry... oh well.
- Yesteday I put up a new curtain in my room, the one I had before literally desintegrated when put in the washer, anyway, the first one was very thin, this new one is rather thick, meaning my room is like a cave now XD XD XD but it's fine, the tropical sun is great and all, but all year round gets kind of boring and headache inducing.
- Also, I can't wait to watch tonight's (my time) VS arashi, I mean, gackt!?! it's gackt!!!!!! trice babe, it's potential food for "friends" I tell you!!!!!!!!!
- Oh, speaking of singers, in VH1 there was "the top ten all time female singers" on the other day and they showed whitney huston's How will I know, I was all "awwwwwwww" back in the day when she sang, and was normal, before the presence of bobby! hit her life XD XD XD
- Underwolrd rise of the lycans is available for download, but I don't know if I should, I mean, we actually buy vampire movies, specially when cool as the underworld series are (instead of pirated versions or dl I mean) so I'm pretty sure we're gonna buy it someday, but I really want to see it now... decisions decisions decisions LOL.
- Meanwhile, there's a mosquito here, and the bastard has bitten me everywhere, I'll get you mothaf~ I will.

I've been checking out the cartoon "Total Drama Island" on the cartoon network.
I have been shying away from that channel since, IMHO, the spanish dubbing they do sucks big ass and it should be against the law to make such bad work.
Anyway, the cartoon in itself seemed to be rather interesting. So I checked it out in english online. As I thought, it's much funnier in english. XD
What attracted my attention? Gwen and Trent's love relationship.
First: I'm a big sucker of the "goth chick" cartoon cliché
Well, I got hooked on the campers antics (specially duncan's)... it super funny watching cartoons parody reality shows. I laughed out loud when, on an episode where the campers had to "face their deepest fears" to win, duncan's was... get this... Celine Dion promotional carton cut-outs!!!!!
ROTFLMAO!!
I wish I could get a screen cap of it... oh god... it was hilarious!
Anyway... I started to think... how come canadian cartoons are so good?
Like this one (I'm hoping they show the second season - Total Drama Action - too) and 6teen (is cute)...
Another cartoon I find super cute: La famille féérique. It's french. I swear the kawaii graphics keep my eyes glued to it.
Meanwhile, I know everyone likes pucca, and I respect her, she kicks ass (and never misses a chance to sexually harass poor garu), but my favorite stationary-turned-actual-cartoon little girl?

Finished watching "Supernatural".... until it comes back this year (2009).
I told my brother... I want someone to call Dean "peanut", and a writer to make the nickname stick around, I wanna watch Dean loose his cool and get angry every time someone calls him "peanut"... if I wrote supernatural fanfics, I'd write one with that as plot.
Meanwhile, what the HELL (pun-intended) is the deal with "chuckles"?
That angel has some pretty nasty attitude if you ask me, is it sure that he's not with the wrong crowd now? I mean, that guy should be with the other angels... the fallen angels... the demons for short, LOL!
Every time he'd go on one of his human-beings-are-mud rants I wanted to smack the angel daylights out of him. Seriously.
Meanwhile, on the ghost-sickness eppy: Dean screaming like a girl = PRICELESS.
Oh and... in the last eppy, when Dean and Sam are riding with "an angel and a demon sitting in the back seat"... omg, I laughed and pointed that out before Dean said it!

I happened to catch some of "Powerpuff girls Z" on the cartoon network the other day... may I say this:
IT SUCKS.
Totally lost the pizazz the original has. First time I've said this, an anime version that sucks while the original western version rules. Wow. Shame on you Toei animation, shame.

Powerpuff girls Z en español...
Vi un capitulo en donde bellota le enseña a jugar futbol a un niñito... porqué no traducen las palabras bien? coach = entrenador (o en este caso, entrenadora). Es acaso taaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan dificil eso? Por Dios!
Asumen que todos los niños que ven esa comiquita saben inglés? porqué? si nos ponemos con esas, pues pasen el capitulo en inglés y ya.... no tiene sentido.
Y la herejía maxima: en vez de "futbol" usaron "soccer"
