So mum's having a "get together" tonight, and she wanted to make chilean food right... we ordered some yesterday, like this drool-worthy cake:

But the people there told us they couldn't make the empanadas... so I was stuck today making them with mum, more than 30, for 18 people... thank god we managed to do it! (and they taste delish if I may say so myself ^___^)

The assembly line XD I did the dough, mum put the filling/black olive/piece of boiled egg and shaped them. Then to the oven until they turn golden, and the end result? people eat it in less than a minute -_-U XD

Also, there's plenty of sweet and salty snacks... now all we're missing is the sandwiches. Men will drown in wine, women in a white wine with peaches drink mum has developed to perfection and the kids will drink sodas. XD
